Prevention: To prevent heart disease your diet should not include foods that have high levels of fats and cholesterol. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water to prevent dehydration in your body. Take supplements rich in magnesium as it helps in blood circulation. Flax seeds assist in lowering the blood pressure while cayenne improves the blood flow.Lastly regular checkups is the best way for early detention of heart disease conditions.
